RUSSELL HENLEY – Managing Director
Russell set up Henley’s in 1994 after recognising a need in the industry for a provider of quality, cost effective services. He began his career as a painter and decorator applying his trade on behalf of A.S. Prince and Spetisbury Construction. Whilst working for these companies he increased his skill set leading to a diversification of ability within the trades. Russell is a strong leader of people and is recognised for his direct approach and willingness to please the end user.
PAULA HENLEY – Marketing Consultant
Paula is retained by Henley’s and has responsibility for all marketing and advertising matters. She has been instrumental in the changes to our Company Image and will have responsibility for the on-going maintenance of the website. Paula is also charged with sorting out any PR related events and corporate hospitality.
KELLIE FLEXMAN – Office manager
Kellie has gained many years of industry experience since leaving college in 1988. She was employed by Goadsby Ltd for 6 years working for Survey & Valuation, Property Management and to the Main Board Director. Kellie joined Henley’s in September 2004 as Office Manager and has added considerable value to the company ever since.
